Before Scheduling
New patients are required to schedule a $25 consultation before treatment. The consultation fee is applied toward treatment should you decide to proceed. A completed medical intake form is required prior to your appointment. Treatment may be performed the same day if medically appropriate and scheduling permits. If you're unsure which appointment type to select, please contact the office before scheduling.
New Patients
CO2 Consultation
Required before CoolPeel CO2 and CO2 resurfacing treatments.
Laser Consultation
Required for laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, redness, and vascular treatments.
Existing Patients
Existing CoolPeel Patients
For approved CoolPeel patients scheduling Session 2 and beyond. Treatments must be scheduled at least 4 weeks after your previous treatment.
